How do I order a personalised bar?
Click on the ‘Personalised Bar’, pick your type of chocolate, size of bar then choose your toppings. Add the message as you would like it to appear on the chocolate in the text box.
Where do I find allergy details?
All of the bars we make are produced in a factory handling nuts, which also processes gluten, soya, egg, milk and sulphites. This allergy warning is on our labels, and each product description has any allergies for that specific bar at the very bottom of the product page. If a customer has severe allergies we advice not to buy. Or pop us a message to check! We do our best to keep everything separate and disinfect to avoid cross contamination of allergies.
The dark chocolate is dairy free and vegan, but does say ‘may contain milk’ as that is what the manufacturers say. As well as the Moo Free chocolate.
I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for?
Please email me if your favourite flavour isn’t on our online shop- we may not currently have stock but would be happy to make anything to order!
Why can’t I order Wedding Favours online?
There’s a lot of to-ing and fro-ing of emails to discuss chocolate type, toppings, guest names as well as sorting out who’s on what table! So just pop us an email and we can go from there!
How much is postage?
1st class Royal Mail-
0-1.85kg in a padded envelope- £5
0-1.85kg in a cardboard box- £6
2kg+ in a cardboard box Parcelforce- £16
Can we collect chocolate?
Yes you can! Just email me or message through Facebook or Instagram, just have look at everything on our website then send a message! We also offer collection from any of our markets we are attending, (message us, or place an order and select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout) and sometimes set up delivery days.
Local pick up information
If you choose local pick up as a delivery option at checkout, we offer collection from that market if we are there regularly at that time. If selected we will email you to arrange a date for the collection, which could be the nearest stated day if your order is in stock, or if you add all that info into your online order, we will only contact you if there is a problem. However, if it is for personalised items or out of stock items we would let you know when we would make it and when your order is ready to collect.
How long will it take to arrive?
In stock items would be packaged within 1-2working days of order, then to be posted 1st class delivery with the Royal Mail. Personalised items, and any out of stock flavours, please allow me up to 5 working days to make and package them, then to be posted 1st class delivery with the Royal Mail

Can you guarantee everything arrives in one piece?
Boxed option for packaging would be safer as I can add extra padding and put bars within boxes for further protection, perfect for gifts. Padded envelopes have less protection, ideal for cheaper option delivery as they could break. I do my best, however I cannot guarantee this 100%.
